Internal Communications & Culture Apprentice

I chose to do an apprenticeship as I really enjoy studying but don’t see the appeal of University or the “uni life”. An apprenticeship allows me to study whilst also getting real-life experience in such an exciting company.

What do you enjoy most about your apprenticeship?

Every day is so different and I’m kept constantly busy. My job is a brand new role so my day-to-day tasks are always changing and this is really exciting.

What has been your highlight so far?

I think one highlight for me is helping to assist with our internal event with everyone from Warner Bros. UK. I had to help with the logistics and provide support on the day - it was fast-paced and buzzy. I look forward to what I will come across in the rest of my apprenticeship.

What advice would you give to people thinking of doing an apprenticeship?

I would say to people that don’t know what they want to do, apprenticeships are the perfect opportunity to learn about jobs you never would have come across before whilst also getting a qualification. In a WB apprenticeship you are treated as an employee and involved in more than you could imagine you would be as an apprentice. Warner Bros is a really exciting company to be a part of and as an apprentice you get the best of both worlds; studying and work experience.
